We made this and added Pancetta, we also made pitta garloic bread, no recipie followed just made it up as we went along.

Getting ready for Christmas but seem thinking of things that we would like to buy each other or jointly own when we have only bought for less than half of the family.

I might bake this year pennies permitting.

Trying to undo a lot of bad habits, health/attitude/fears its not easy.

I would like to get the hallway done before Christmas, tidy and clean the front garden/porch/door area - I haven’t because i am nervous of neighbours watching me out cleaning (one of those silly fears i am trying to stop).

I also want the bedroom to be some where to relax in and not be in utter chaos as it is now - I should just do it!

Phil's birthday week

Today is Phil’s birthday and I have sang my little song to him, given the cards and gifts so now it is the birthday breakfast/dinner.Which is a Sausage sandwich and a cup of tea.

Later i am baking a cake then cooking tea. The tea will be an all night thing as i have bought small items that can be cooked and ate separatly. It will be like a buffet but without putting it all out on the table!

I love birthdays both my own and sharing them with others, its always nice to help make someones special day.
